What personal data we collect
We collect personal data when you register, verify your account, deposit or withdraw funds, play our games, contact us or simply browse the site. Some of it you give us directly, and some is created automatically as you use your account.

Identity and verification documents
- Copies of photographic identification, proof of address and proof that a payment method belongs to you.

- Cookie identifiers, pages and games visited, and how you arrived at the site.
- Your messages to us through live chat or e-mail, and our replies.
Why we use your personal data
- Running your account. Registering you, keeping you signed in, handling deposits and withdrawals, applying bonuses and answering your queries.
- Verifying your age and identity. We hold a gaming licence and must confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are who you say you are before you play or withdraw.
- Preventing fraud, money laundering and misuse. Checking payment methods, looking for duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, collusion and unusual patterns of play or payment.
- Meeting our legal duties. Keeping records of transactions and checks, and responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
- Safer gambling. Applying the limits, reminders, time-outs and self-exclusions shown in your account, and contacting you if your play suggests you may be at risk of harm.
- Keeping the site working. Fixing faults, protecting against attacks and understanding which pages and games are used.
- Sending offers you asked for. Contacting you through the channels you opted into, and stopping as soon as you tell us to.
The legal bases we rely on under UK GDPR
Data protection law requires us to have a legal basis for everything we do with your data. In plain words, these are the bases we use.
| What we do | Legal basis | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Opening and running your account and paying out withdrawals | Performance of a contract | We cannot provide the account set out in our terms without this data. |
| Age and identity checks, and anti-money-laundering records | Legal obligation | Licensed gambling operators must carry out these checks and keep the records. |
| Preventing fraud, bonus abuse and duplicate accounts | Legitimate interests | We have a genuine interest in protecting players and the site, weighed against your privacy. |
| Spotting and acting on signs of gambling harm | Legal obligation and legitimate interests | We are required to monitor for harm and to step in where we see it. |
| Marketing messages and non-essential cookies | Consent | We only do this if you opt in, and you can withdraw consent at any time. |
| Handling sensitive information where a check requires it | Substantial public interest | Limited cases, such as preventing crime, where the law allows this processing. |
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for the period the law and the rules applying to licensed operators require. We cannot shorten a period that is set by law, even at your request.
- Account, identity and verification records: kept for the retention period required after an account closes.
- Transaction and play history: kept for the same statutory period, so we can deal with queries, disputes and lawful requests.
- Support correspondence: kept for a shorter period, unless it relates to a complaint, a dispute or a safer gambling matter.
- Self-exclusion and time-out records: kept for at least the length of the exclusion and the further period required afterwards.
- Records that you asked not to be contacted: kept for as long as needed to make sure we do not contact you again.
When a retention period ends, we delete the data or remove the details that link it to you.
