Mega Reel Casino Login: Sign In to Your Account
Signing in with your username and password

Get started with a welcome bonus
Your login is the unique username you chose for your account, together with your password. We do not use a player number or a card, so the username is the one detail to keep to hand. Both fields are case sensitive, so type your password exactly as you set it.
- Open the login box
Select the login option and the sign-in fields appear.
- Enter your username
Use the username you created when you opened your account.
- Enter your password
Check your capital letters before you submit it.
- Decide on Remember Me
Tick Remember Me if the device is yours alone and you would rather not type your details each time.
You land in your account with your real balance, any bonus balance and your account settings all available.
Fingerprint and Face ID: a faster way in on mobile
On compatible mobile devices you can sign in with biometrics instead of typing. Fingerprint login and Face ID are both supported, so a single touch or a glance replaces your password once the device has your details stored. Everything runs in your mobile browser, with nothing to install first.
Your username and password still exist behind the biometric shortcut. Keep them written down somewhere safe, or at least memorable, because you will need them if you change handset or switch to a desktop.
Resetting a password you have forgotten
A forgotten password does not mean a forgotten account. The reset runs from the login box itself and finishes in your inbox.
- Select Forgotten Password
The link sits directly under the login box.
- Give us your username or email
Either your username or the email address registered to the account will do.
- Open the reset email
We send a reset link to the email address on your account, so use the inbox you registered with.
- Set a new password
Choose something you have not used elsewhere, then sign in with your username and the new password.
If your sign-in will not go through
Most login problems come down to a small detail. Work down this list before anything else.
- You are entering your username, not your email address, in the login field.
- Caps lock is off and your password matches the capital letters you originally set.
- You have used the Forgotten Password link to set a fresh password if there is any doubt.
- Your account is not inside a Take a Break period. Breaks run for 24, 48 or 72 hours, or any length you choose up to six weeks, and your account reopens on its own when the period ends.
- You have not self-excluded. Self-exclusion lasts a minimum of six months, cannot be lifted while it runs, and applies across every site on our network.
If none of that explains it, our live chat team can look into the account with you. Chat is open 6am to 9pm BST, seven days a week, in English.
Signed in and ready to play
New players who deposit at least £10 can claim our welcome package: **up to £5,600 in bonus funds plus 250 free spins**. 35× wagering applies to the bonus amount, the maximum stake is £5 per spin while a bonus is active, and you have 30 days from claiming to use it. 18+.
Keeping your login yours
At Mega Reel Casino your username and password are personal to you, and the account must stay in your own name. A few habits keep it that way: never share your login details, log out at the end of a session rather than closing the window, make a note of your balance when you log out so you can spot anything odd next time, and change your password straight away if you think somebody else has seen it.
On our side, transactions and sensitive information travel over 128-bit SSL encryption. We also run anti-money laundering checks, including identity and source-of-funds verification, and we verify the age of every player. Gambling here is strictly 18+.
We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39175. Account verification is required before your first withdrawal, and deposit limits and self-exclusion tools are open to every player.
Limits, session timers and breaks you set from inside your account
Once you are signed in, the safer gambling controls are yours to apply at any hour of the day, every day of the week. They are worth setting on your first visit rather than later.
| Tool | What it does | When it takes effect |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit limit (gross) | Caps the total you can deposit in a day, week or month | A reduction applies immediately; an increase or removal needs a 24-hour cooling-off period |
| Net deposit limit | Caps your deposits minus eligible withdrawals | Same as above, with the most restrictive limit always winning |
| Reality Check | A session timer that starts on your first wager and repeats at the interval you pick | From the moment you set it |
| Take a Break | Closes play for 24, 48 or 72 hours, or any period up to six weeks | Straight away; the account reopens automatically at the end |
| Self-exclusion | Closes the account for a minimum of six months across our network | Straight away, and it cannot be lifted during the exclusion |
Limit periods are fixed. A daily limit runs 00:00 to 23:59 GMT, a weekly limit from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday GMT, and a monthly limit over the calendar month. Each period starts fresh and anything you did not use does not roll over into the next one.
How a net deposit limit works in practice
Say you set a net deposit limit of £100. You deposit £80, which leaves £20 of room. You then withdraw £30, and that withdrawal counts back against the figure, so your remaining capacity becomes £50. It is a cap on what you put in overall, not just on individual payments.
Lowering a limit happens on the spot. Raising or removing one is deliberately slower: a 24-hour cooling-off period runs first, then you confirm the change again at your next login. Without that second confirmation, your existing limit simply stays as it is.
A Reality Check is the lightest of these tools and the one most players get value from. The timer begins on your first wager and comes back at the interval you chose, offering you the choice to carry on, look at your transaction history or log out.
Finding your verification status after you log in
Verification lives inside your account under My Account, then Account Details, then the Verification Status section. It lists the documents we need from you and the current status of each, so you always know what is outstanding.
- Photo ID - a passport or driving licence with a clear photo, plus a selfie image.
- Proof of address - a utility bill or government-issued letter showing your full name, your current postal address and an issue date within the last three months.
- Proof of payment method - for a card, a photo showing the cardholder name and the last four digits, with the middle eight digits covered.
Files can be JPG, PNG or PDF. If you are signed in on a desktop, scan the QR code we show you to finish the upload from your mobile instead of hunting for files. Allow up to three working days for the check once your documents are in. Verification is needed before your first payout, so getting it done early keeps things simple later on.
Getting help with your login
Live chat is the quickest route: 6am to 9pm BST, seven days a week, in English. If you write in through our contact form instead, we aim to reply within two business days. One message per query is plenty, and sending follow-ups on the same question only slows the answer down.
There is also an FAQ section on site for the common questions, and a dedicated safer gambling team you can email if your question is about limits, a break or self-exclusion rather than access to the account.
Your account, your controls
Sign in to set a deposit limit, switch on a Reality Check or take a break. The tools are there every day of the week, and remember that playing is entertainment with real risk attached.
Login: questions and answers
Do I log in with my username or my email address?
Use your username and password to sign in. Your email address works for a password reset, but not in the login field itself.
Can I sign in with Face ID or my fingerprint?
Yes, on compatible mobile devices. Fingerprint login and Face ID are both supported, and you can switch back to your username and password whenever you prefer.
I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
Select the Forgotten Password link under the login box and enter your username or your registered email address. We send a reset link to the email address on your account.
Can I stay signed in between visits?
Tick Remember Me when you log in and the device will hold your details. Only do this on a device nobody else uses, and log out when you finish on any shared one.
Why can I not get into my account during a break?
Take a Break and self-exclusion both close play for the period you chose. A break ends automatically after 24, 48 or 72 hours, or whatever length you set up to six weeks, while self-exclusion runs for at least six months and cannot be lifted early.
Do I need to verify my identity before I can log in?
No. You can sign in and play first, and complete verification through the Verification Status section whenever you like. It does need to be done before your first withdrawal, so earlier is easier.
Who can help if I still cannot sign in?
Our live chat team is available 6am to 9pm BST, seven days a week. Outside those hours, send us a message through the contact form and we aim to reply within two business days.
