How these terms fit with our other terms
These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern every bonus, free spin, cashback award, prize draw entry and other promotional reward credited to your account with us. By claiming an offer, you accept these terms together with the terms published with that offer.
Where documents conflict, the following order applies:
- The specific terms published with the individual offer, including its wagering requirement, time limit and eligible games.
- These Bonus Terms and Conditions.
- Our general Terms and Conditions, and the rules of the individual game.

Who can claim a bonus
Promotions are open only to players aged 18 or over who hold a single account with us and who live in a country we accept. We hold a gaming licence and check the identity, age and payment details of account holders, and we may carry out those checks before a bonus is credited or paid out.
You will not be eligible for an offer if any of the following applies to you.
- You hold more than one account with us, or your account is shared with another person or operated on their behalf.
- Another person at your address, household or network has already claimed the same offer, unless that offer states otherwise.
- You have self-excluded, taken a time-out, or asked us not to send you marketing.
- You funded the qualifying deposit with a payment method that the cashier excludes from that promotion.
- You did not opt in, where the offer asks you to opt in before you deposit or play.
Some offers can be claimed once per player only. Where that is the case, we count a player by identity and payment details as well as by account name.
Claiming an offer and how your balances work
The promotions available to you are shown in your account, along with any code, qualifying deposit and opt-in step set out in the cashier. A bonus is credited only once every condition of that offer has been met.
Your account keeps cash and bonus funds separate. Cash funds are the money you deposit and any winnings already converted to cash; bonus funds are promotional credit that carries a wagering requirement. Unless the offer says otherwise, stakes come from your cash balance first, and your bonus balance is used once the cash balance is spent.

Wagering requirements, eligible games and stake limits
How wagering is counted
Wagering is counted on stakes placed with bonus funds while the offer is open, at the contribution rate set for each game category in the terms of that offer. Game types contribute at different rates and some games are excluded from wagering altogether; the current list is published with each promotion and in the game information panel.
Bets that are cancelled or voided, and bets placed on both sides of an even-money outcome, do not count towards wagering. Your progress is shown in your account while the offer runs.
Stakes while a bonus is open
While a wagering requirement is open, keep each stake at or below the maximum bet shown with the offer. If you stake above it, we may remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Your deposited cash, and winnings from stakes placed with cash, stay with you.
When a bonus ends
A bonus closes when the wagering requirement is met, when the bonus balance reaches zero, when the time limit runs out, or when you withdraw while wagering is still open. Withdrawing early forfeits the remaining bonus funds and any winnings attached to them, and the cashier tells you this before you confirm.
Free spins, cashback, prize draws and loyalty rewards
Free spins are played at the spin value and on the games stated in the offer. Unless we say otherwise, winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement of that promotion.
Where an offer gives cashback, a prize draw entry, a tournament place or a loyalty reward, the terms of that offer explain how the reward is worked out, when it is credited and whether it arrives as cash or as bonus funds. Tournament and leaderboard positions are taken from our own records of play. Rewards are personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for anything other than what the offer states.
Bonus misuse, changes to offers and how to contact us
Where play suggests an offer is being used to secure a guaranteed return rather than to play our games, we may look into the account and, if we find misuse, withhold or remove the bonus and the winnings from it. Misuse includes, in particular, the situations below.
- You open or operate more than one account with us, or act together with other players to claim the same offer.
- You stake above the maximum bet, or use low-risk and hedged bets to clear a wagering requirement.
- You use payment details that do not belong to you, or deposit and then withdraw with little play in between.
- You give registration details that cannot be verified.
We may change, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time. If a change affects an offer you have already claimed, we apply the terms that were in place when you claimed it, unless the change is needed to correct an obvious error or to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. Bonuses credited in error may be corrected after the event.
